As a sales technician, your project at RAJA® would consist of increasing our customer base and customer satisfaction. Tracking your own client portfolio.

Your main mission will be to develop the commercial portfolio and sales optimization, attract new accounts, validate and manage customer orders.

Essentials

Commercial development.
Client portfolio management. Maintenance and collection.
Issuance of campaigns.
Welcome the client telematically or in person.
Understand the client’s needs to propose the best packaging solution.
Desired

Knowledge of Business Central, Navision and Sale Forces.
Notions of the English language.

Telephone support for all customers who call requesting information, queries, incidents.

Troubleshooting.
Monitoring and closing of incidents.
Contact with different departments and suppliers of the company to guarantee the closure of the incident. (Suppliers

Phone call control.
Empathy.
Mastery of office tools.
Knowledge of Business Central, Navision and Sale Forces.
Fluency in Catalan and Spanish.
Teamwork skills.
Profile focused on work by objectives.

Desired

Notions of the English language.
Notions of the Portuguese language.

Técnico-Comercial

Ubicado en España (Home Office) y reportando al Director Comercial, sus responsabilidades serán

– Prospectar, seguir y fidelizar una cartera de clientes informando sus acciones en la base de datos CRM
– Vender máquinas Ixapack ofreciendo asesoramiento técnico adaptado y una solución a medida por nuestros clientes
– Recoger información para permitir el diseño del proyecto y la redacción de la oferta por parte de la Oficina de Diseño
– Dirigir las ventas cumpliendo con los objetivos económicos transmitidos por el Departamento Comercial
– Asegurar el seguimiento comercial, tecnológico y de innovación
– Participar en las reuniones de ventas y coordinación en Francia.

La zona geográfica en España se determinará conjuntamente.
