Checkweigher GCW-100DN
The GCW-100DN is a dynamic checkweigher designed to automatically verify the weight of each product without stopping the flow of the production line. Its modular configuration allows the conveyor dimensions, speed of each section, and guiding elements to be adapted to the characteristics of the product. It can operate with weighing capacities from 1.5 to 30 kg, resolutions starting at 0.5 g, and production rates of up to 160 products per minute. Products outside the configured weight limits can be automatically diverted using air-jet, piston, or paddle rejection systems, selected according to their weight, format, and speed. It can also include sensors to monitor product presence, rejection system operation, and coordination with other equipment on the line. Its touchscreen, remote monitoring capabilities, and data export functions make it easier to track production and maintain batch traceability. With optional MID certification and effective content control marked with the “℮” symbol, it is designed for processes where productivity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance must work together.

The GCW-50ST is a compact, modular static checkweigher designed to verify that each product meets the specified weight limits while providing greater control over production data. Its configuration can include infeed, weighing, and outfeed modules, with different conveyor dimensions, guides, and sensors depending on the product format and installation requirements. It can also be equipped with automatic air-jet, piston, or paddle rejection systems to remove non-conforming products without interrupting the process. Its industrial PC with a 10.4-inch touchscreen makes it easy to configure products, view results, and monitor production. It can operate with weighing capacities from 1.5 to 30 kg, resolutions starting at 0.5 g, and production rates of up to 20 products per minute. Integration with Giscale Pro enables production information to be recorded, reviewed, and exported by product or batch, as well as integrated with ERP or MES systems. It is an ideal solution for production lines requiring precise weighing, traceability, and advanced production management.
GCW-40ST Checkweigher
The GCW-40ST is a compact, modular static checkweigher designed to verify that each product meets the specified weight limits before continuing along the production line. Its interchangeable module configuration facilitates integration, maintenance, and adaptation to different products and processes. The width and length of the conveyor belts can be customized according to product dimensions, available space, and the requirements of each installation. It can also be equipped with additional carts, guides, sensors, and rejection systems. It can operate in checkweigher mode, identifying and flagging products that fall outside the specified weight limits for manual removal, or in ejector mode, automatically diverting them using an optional air-jet, piston, or paddle system. The GCW-40ST can record and export production results and integrate with management software and ERP systems, helping to improve quality control, reduce errors, and maintain traceability for each batch.
GMD-S Metal Detector
The GMD-S is a metal detector designed to inspect dense mixtures, food pastes, and viscous products directly in automatic stuffing and filling lines. It is installed in the product pipeline to detect metal contaminants before final packaging. Its adjustable height and mobile frame make it easy to integrate with different stuffing machines and filling systems, particularly in meat-processing applications. It can operate at outlet pressures of up to 55 bar and features IP69K protection, making it suitable for environments subject to intensive cleaning procedures. The control cable and connector allow its operation to be coordinated with the filling machine. It can also be equipped with a rejection valve to automatically separate contaminated product while maintaining process continuity. It is a dedicated solution for products that, due to their texture or physical state, cannot be inspected using a conventional conveyor-based metal detector.
GMD-T Metal Detector
The GMD-T is a tunnel-type metal detector with an integrated conveyor belt, designed to automatically inspect packaged or bulk products as they move along the production line. Its multi-frequency technology enables the detection of steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metal contaminants. The modular structure can be configured with different tunnel dimensions, conveyor lengths, and either fabric or modular belts, allowing it to adapt to the product and the installation’s cleaning requirements. When contamination is detected, the system can activate air-jet, piston, or paddle rejection devices. It can also incorporate sensors to confirm product rejection, monitor the fill level of the reject bin, and supervise the overall operation of the process. Its touchscreen and Ethernet, RS232, and USB connections make it possible to record and review inspection data. It is a solution designed to improve food safety, reduce product recall risks, and provide traceable data for quality controls and IFS, BRC, or HACCP audits.
GLM-3000 Labelling System
The GLM-3000 is an automatic labelling system designed to apply up to three labels or tags to cylindrical containers using a single machine. Its configuration includes adjustable applicator heads, a pneumatic separator, and a rotary roller system that positions and stabilises each container during the labelling process. It can handle containers up to 100 mm in diameter and 250 mm in height. It can achieve speeds of up to 25 containers per minute in Stop&Go mode or up to 100 containers per minute in continuous operation. The optional third applicator head allows an additional label or tag to be applied according to the product’s identification requirements. It can also be equipped with solutions for tapered containers, sensors for transparent labels, and coding systems for dates, batch numbers, and other variable data. It is a configurable solution for production lines requiring multiple label applications, precision, and a consistent finish.
GLM-1000 Label Applicator
The GLM-1000 is an automatic labelling machine designed to apply self-adhesive labels accurately to cylindrical containers on industrial production lines. Its integrated conveyor, height-adjustable applicator head, and rotary label-smoothing system keep each container correctly positioned throughout the process. It can handle containers from 25 to 100 mm in diameter and achieve speeds of up to 70 units per minute. The stainless-steel frame provides stability and durability for continuous operation. Its configuration can be adapted with supports for tapered containers, mat-top conveyors, and feeding tables, depending on the container format and the line’s operating requirements. It can also be equipped with sensors for transparent labels. GLM-2000 Label Applicator
The GLM-2000 is an automatic labelling system designed to apply one or two labels to flat, square, or cylindrical containers. Its modular structure includes two adjustable applicator heads, side alignment guides, and an upper holding system that stabilises the container during labelling. This configuration allows labels to be applied accurately and consistently to two opposite sides. It can operate at speeds of up to 100 units per minute in continuous mode or up to 25 units per minute in Stop&Go mode. The 7-inch touchscreen makes it easy to configure and control the various operating parameters.
