GLM-3000 Labelling System

The GLM-3000 is an automatic labelling system designed to apply up to three labels or tags to cylindrical containers using a single machine.

Its configuration includes adjustable applicator heads, a pneumatic separator, and a rotary roller system that positions and stabilises each container during the labelling process. It can handle containers up to 100 mm in diameter and 250 mm in height.

It can achieve speeds of up to 25 containers per minute in Stop&Go mode or up to 100 containers per minute in continuous operation. The optional third applicator head allows an additional label or tag to be applied according to the product’s identification requirements.

It can also be equipped with solutions for tapered containers, sensors for transparent labels, and coding systems for dates, batch numbers, and other variable data. It is a configurable solution for production lines requiring multiple label applications, precision, and a consistent finish.
