GLM-0100 Label Applicator

The GLM-0100 is a compact, modular automatic label applicator designed for easy integration into new or existing production lines where space is limited.

It can apply self-adhesive labels or tags to the side or top of cylindrical and square containers. Its adjustable applicator head allows it to accommodate different formats and achieve speeds of up to 70 units per minute.

Its stainless-steel frame and integrated electrical panel simplify installation, adjustment, and maintenance. The modular design makes it easy to adapt the machine to the container’s characteristics and the required label position.

It can be equipped with a hot-stamping coder for printing dates, batch numbers, or other variable data, as well as sensors for handling transparent labels. It is a flexible solution for automating the labelling process, reducing manual operations, and ensuring consistent label placement.
