GLM-2000 Label Applicator

The GLM-2000 is an automatic labelling system designed to apply one or two labels to flat, square, or cylindrical containers.

Its modular structure includes two adjustable applicator heads, side alignment guides, and an upper holding system that stabilises the container during labelling. This configuration allows labels to be applied accurately and consistently to two opposite sides.

It can operate at speeds of up to 100 units per minute in continuous mode or up to 25 units per minute in Stop&Go mode. The 7-inch touchscreen makes it easy to configure and control the various operating parameters.

The machine can be customised with dedicated systems for round containers, sensors for transparent labels, and coding systems for dates, batch numbers, or other variable data. It is a solution designed to increase productivity, automate multi-format labelling, and improve product presentation and traceability.
