GCW-40ST Checkweigher

The GCW-40ST is a compact, modular static checkweigher designed to verify that each product meets the specified weight limits before continuing along the production line.

Its interchangeable module configuration facilitates integration, maintenance, and adaptation to different products and processes. The width and length of the conveyor belts can be customized according to product dimensions, available space, and the requirements of each installation. It can also be equipped with additional carts, guides, sensors, and rejection systems.

It can operate in checkweigher mode, identifying and flagging products that fall outside the specified weight limits for manual removal, or in ejector mode, automatically diverting them using an optional air-jet, piston, or paddle system.

The GCW-40ST can record and export production results and integrate with management software and ERP systems, helping to improve quality control, reduce errors, and maintain traceability for each batch.
